RY-850 4-Color Stack Flexographic Printing Machine
Efficient Integrated Printing and Die-Cutting Design
The RY-850 integrates four flexographic printing units and a die-cutting unit into one system, with a maximum web width of 860mm and a printing width of 850mm. It handles repeat lengths ranging from 180.975mm to 400mm. The equipment features a 1200mm large-diameter unwinding/rewinding system with pneumatic shaft automatic switching devices to ensure continuous production.
Precision Control System
The machine adopts an advanced PLC control system, achieving a registration accuracy of ±0.1mm, and is equipped with Dexin Technology EPC automatic edge guiding system. The transmission system uses 20CrMnTi ground gears with a hardness of 58HRC, combined with NSK bearings to ensure smooth operation. The tension control system offers an accuracy of ±0.5kg and an adjustable range of 10-200kg, meeting production needs for various materials.
High-Performance Printing Units
The equipment is configured with four independent flexographic printing units, each equipped with ceramic anilox rolls and reverse doctor blade systems. The drying system employs infrared drying technology, with a maximum temperature of 80℃, and each color unit can be controlled independently. The pneumatic quick plate-changing system significantly enhances production efficiency.
Stable and Reliable Mechanical Structure
The entire machine utilizes a 45# steel 20mm thick wall panel structure, with surface treated with white anti-rust spray painting. The electrical control system adopts Schneider brand components and includes an automatic paper break detection function. The equipment complies with CE safety standards, with a power requirement of 380V 3PH 50Hz, meeting international market demands
